Automatic item selection with Autocomplete control
I have 2 autocomplete controls, POSTAL CODE and CITY, both of them sourced by a DataPage. Normally when the user insert the postal code and click on the suggestion item the control "City" is auto-filled.
I would like to automatically select the value from the autocomplete list (which contains always only one element) in order to fill the second control without click on the item.
Is there any way to do it in Pega? Or do you know any workaround solution?
Actually my scenario is simpler than a cascading dropdown. I want just to avoid to manually select and click the item on the list to set data in the clipboard and make it automatically every time the autocomplete list returns something.
I attached 2 images that show how it works now.
