Now we are facing an issue that Avaya JTAPI external jar classes are not picking up in runtime in node-2 whereas it is working fine in node-1. [Production env having 2-nodes] Thanks. Importing to database or add it individually on each application server node? Use SMA>>Advanced>>ETier runtime environment to look up the the location of the jar (a screenshot would be helpful).
