The below code was added in Pega 7.3 in activity step 4. String bccEmailAddress = sbAddresses.toString().replaceAll("','", ",").replaceFirst("'", ""); primaryPage.putString(".pyBCCString", bccEmailAddress.substring(0, bccEmailAddress.length()-1)); Your "recipient last letter removed" issue might be related to this added new code.
