Best way to remove case level SLA without affecting inflight cases in production
We had a case level SLA in production. User wants us to remove the case level SLA "pyCaseTyprDefault" from production. Could you please let us know the best way to remove this SLA from production without affecting inflight cases. Our new requirement is to add Stage level and assignment level SLAs in place of case level SLA.
