Blank screen appears after user clicks on the close icon on top of the work object

We are using V7.3.1 and there seems to be an intermittent issue where cases in perform mode closed using the close icon on top of work object leads to display blank screen. It should ideally be navigated back to the screen it was opened from, say a search grid.

The same issue exists when user tries to perform some action on the child case and save or cancel the case.

While going through the posts on pdn to check this issue, I found one hot fix DL-94031 (which contains HFIX-40761, HFIX-41615 and HFIX-44072) to resolve this issue. Could you please check ?
