We are trying to automate login for Bluezone 5.2 . User id and password are read from a windows form and set to Id/Password fields in Text adapter. Facing an issue where the user enters correct id and password but gets an error that password is invalid. See attachment for automation. (Ignore the pauses added for debugging purpose)
Observations when we stop automation after SendKey on Password :
1) When using an incorrect id/password, cursor moves and automation waits for user to hit "Enter"
2) When using a correct id & password, cursor moves but gets submitted and gives "Invalid password error"

Thanks Jeff, we will try setting Text property. Even with SendKey we could see id was keyed in correctly and password cursor moving by as many characters as there are in password. But we are not sure why we got the invalid password error even with correct password. I will update how this goes.
Jeff, we couldn't find the Text property for Adapter fields. We could see that id and password data was entered correctly on the Bluezone screen even with SendKey method. Actual issue turned out to be password of one user testing the solution. There was a "@" in it and somehow failed to input correctly onto Bluezone screen. So we have login working now when password doesn't have a "@". Please let us know if there is any limitation with adapter sending "@" character.
Note: Other special character like "#" was working fine.
