Broken Process menu item missing in 7.3.1
Since moving to 7.3.1 I can no longer see the Broken Process menu item (Designer Studio -> Case management -> Tools -> Work Admin). It used to be the last item in the list but now it is missing.
According to the help file:
this should still be available. Anyone have any idea where it's gone?
Is it the Broken Queue Items option that you are referring to?
If so then I think this function has moved to the Queue Management Landing Page which you can access from Designer Studio > System > Operations > Queue Management
