Bulk Actions is not visible in manager portal
Hello all,
I am working on V 7.1.9.
We have a requirement of processing the cases some thing like bulk actions.
I am not able to see this option in manager portal.
Could you please guide me how to configure this BulkAction in manager portal.
Attached is the screenshot for your reference.
Verify the roles that are assigned.
Associate a role with your access group that grants you the Work-.PerformBulk privilege.
Refresh your session.
