Their names begin with "Test*"And I have to delete them. How to delete them quickly?I found this article:https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/how-delete-many-usersBut I cannot understand - what should I do to delete users? Should I create a new activity? Or this activity already exists? User Interface Data Integration System Administration ×Close popoverFacebookTwitterLinkedinEmail Copy Link Copied! Accepted Solution Posted: 4 years agoSantanu PEGA replied to DmitryM4546Hi,The article you highlighted takes us to 6.2 sp2 help document and it talks about "How to disable operator id " rather than " How to delete operator id " as deleting operator id is not a good practice. The article says : If a user is no longer active, rather than deleting the Operator ID instance, you can follow these steps:Ensure that this user is not currently logged in.Transfer or complete all assignments on the worklist.Update the password to a value that is not disclosed to the user, so that person can no longer log in.Ensure that this user has no rules checked out. If not, sign on and delete or check in the checked-out rules.Clear the Operator is available to receive work? checkbox.Enter a departure date in the Unavailable from array.Enter a substitute operator for assignments routed to this operator.Save the updated Operator ID instance. If you want to delete them instead of disable, then you have to create your own activity. The activity can contain 2 steps.Step 1 : Obj Browse : To fetch the operator id records from data baseStep 2 : Obj-Delete : To delete the dataYou can refer the activity : DeleteAllOperators ( of class : PegaAccel-Task-GenerateApp ) to get an idea of the same. Please note that I have not tried this in house so not sure about the outcome. Hence , taking database back up before performing this exercise is highly recommended.
