We are trying to process the cases through bulk processing in back ground. As part of the process the case will be assigned to operator 'A'.
Once the bulk processing is completed cases are assigned to Opeartor 'A'. But the coulmn pxAssignedOperatorID in PC_ASSIGN_WORKLIST table is showing as pyBulkProcessing. The value for the same property in BLOB is operator 'A'.
Can you please provide us some information related to this.

I don't know where that value comes from. I would suggest tracing (you'll probably need to use "trace open rule" to capture the background process), to see what's setting it. Once you know that, you'll be able to customzie the rule, if it's not final, or reach out to support, if it is.

One thing you may want to try is logging in as email@example.com (often the password is "install"), make sure nothing is checked out or privately checked out, and then and use some of the flows in the PegaSample class and subclasses to make some assignments. (One of my favorite flows is the NewWork flow in class PegaSample-CustomerRequest).
Then, while still logged in as firstname.lastname@example.org, use the bulk-processing-in-background to reassign the work to see if you experience the same issue, or if the blob agrees with the exposed column for pxAssignedOperatorID.
The path of investigation will be different depending on whether you are only seeing blob/column disagreement with your original login doing the bulk processing or you see it under email@example.com bulk processing as well. /Eric
