Can you please share a bit more context? When you say "getting stuck in pyBulkProcessing work queue" what do you mean by stuck? Are there stuck queue items? Do they have errors in them? It's hard to offer suggestions without a bit more context to go off of.
The cases are in pyBulkProcessing and those are never processed. After the cases are processed by agent, it will send a mail with the data how many cases are successful. I have traced the agent and checked that agent is not picking up some cases for processing. It doesnt have any errors.
Steps to reproduce: 1) In Bulk Action select 150 cases.
2) Transfer those cases to a work-queue.
You can see only few gets transferred and remaining stuck in pyBulkProcessing.
