Call Timer in Right panel not clocking during multiple Interaction

Hi,

During Multiple Interactions opened in CSR portal the Timer in  Right panel for previous interaction will stop clocking . Only then current interaction will show the time duration.

 

Please reply if anyone came across this issue before.
