US View Profilegudis1 PEGA replied to PriyankaM8274You can also reference a text analyzer rule in a process flow by using the Utility shape to analyze the text content of emails or customer support tickets. You can find examples of these implementations in NLPSample available on PDN. More details at https://pdn.pega.com/text-analytics. Alternatively, you can call the text analyzer from the Data Flow as well. Again reference implementation can be found in NLPSample.
