Campaign does not run

Hi all,

we upgrated the pega in 8.3. When we create a new campaign, it does not run. I can see upcoming scheduled task but it is not listed in run schedule. Also, I choose recurring task, but it became unused. action buttons of campaign just list refresh and help. status of campaign is seen as a running, but ı run report definition I see its status as a resolved-completed.
