Can I replace Deployment Manager by Jenkins to build orchestration server
Deployment Manager is not acceptable to build pipeline (security policy) so is it possible to configure Jenkins not so that Jenkins could comunicate with the orchestration server but to behave like orchestration server? This is to create Jenkins pipeline and export archives directly from PEGA system of the record like via API for example? prpcServiceUtils tool works in the freestyle jobs - would it be possible to use that tool in piepline jenkins item type (of course that could be the option if replacing Deployment Manager but using DevOpsFundation application approach is not possible, is it? ) (DevOpsFundation application acceptable in candidates servers ).

Yes, Jenkins can be used as the orchestration server replacing deployment manager. You could directly invoke the rest services exposed from platform for unit tests, branch merge etc. and use prpcServiceUtils/prpcUtils to do export/import. You can even use Jenkins pipeline style jobs to invoke prpcServiceUtils. It is just a command line utility, you just have to figure out how to source the inputs needed for it.
