Can we set only Deadline in SLA? (No goal and no passed Deadline)
We have an requirement where we need to set only Deadline for SLA. But we observed that Unless Goal is defined SLA is getting triggered. Just wanted to understand do we always need to set Goal to start an SLA ?
As per the SLA configuration, the Deadline will be invoked only when the Goal duration is reached. As mentioned in the previous comment, you can set the goal value and do not perform any action over there (as per your requirement) to reach the deadline to invoke the desired actions.
