Can you decision property usage in an audit note string?
Hoping I can get a little push in the right direction. I have an Audit note set in the connector of a flow. Currently, the note is simple:
"Chargeback - Pursue Pre-Arbitration Manually for reason " + .PreArbitrationReasonNonFraud
However, I need to be able to display a different property if it meets different criteria-- Fraud type, instead of NonFraud. Is there a dynamic way to write something like the following in a Pega audit note?
Audit Note in flow connector allows to provide a field value of category pyHistoryMemo. So for your use case please create a field value and refer one property in the field value. make sure you populate the value of that property appropriately.
Also in case if you cannot populate two different values on the same property. Create two field values with different names and refer the respective message with corresponding properties. And while providing the FieldValue in the Audit Note field of the connector give as a property reference of some transient property which you will populate in your previous logic according to your need.
