CancelRequest optional action for a certain time.
Hello,
I have a requirement where customer can cancel his request anytime before Two hours of the Pickupman Arrival.Customer initially selects the date and time when the pickup man comes to pickup the clothes.Cancel Request is an optional action.How to configure this?

Hello,
I think I would create an Overall SLA on the WorkObject with those two hours. When the Deadline is reached you could setup a flag and use that flag to remove the CancelRequest option.
