US View Profile Send Message HOULJ PEGA replied to SudhakarReddy To be more specific: the text on the tab is saying the correct thing: the class is abstract and therefore does not have instances. I believe the issue is that the Application explorer is not functioning properly. Logging out and then logging back in could solve this. Starting over fixed it. The error message shown indicates that no "Key" has been defined on the class rule any instances would belong to... My understanding was that you would need to use RDB- methods in order to access external databases without the required Pega properties defined, not Obj- methods.
