We can no longer connect to PDC from our Pega servers. We verified that our traffic is getting to the internet and can ping the ip addresses associated with PDC but the soap test connect fails. PDC is now defaulting to the Enterprise tab view instead of the Welcome tab view. I tried clearing browser cache and reapplied the PDC URL from the Welcome page but neither worked.

Please open a support ticket or contact me. We need to debug the connection failure. Please provide your contact information, the system(s) that are failing to connect and the Pega platform version. Server connection and Welcome issue should be unrelated - Pega platform is supposed to remember your "last active" flow / harness and launch that on login. We had replaced an expiring SSL certificate on PDC5 two days ago - it should have been transparent but might be causing an issue for you. We'll need to debug and perhaps force an update to your server certificate cache. email@example.com
