My requirement is to send emails for SLA i have configured for goals and Deadline,I have set the on property and some actions and used send email smart shape in that have used correspondence and i have configured the email wizard that is also properly working showing success on testing,now when creating a case i can see there is email attachment,but i am not able to send the mail,in mail that its showing some smtp authentication error,i have also turned on the less security for apps.
Have you created the email account with your work pool name? If not PEGA will try to send the email from default email account. Check in the log files to see with which email id it is trying to send the mail.
Also it is better to check the SMTP and SSL configurations once.
