Can't create a new case after deloyment to QA
I created a new case type in the Application in DEV, it is working as expected. I created a new Product and uploaded it to QA (included RuleSets, new classes, etc.). I see that Case Type on the list of Application Case Types and in the Application Definition rule (Cases & data), however can't create a new case (pyWorkPage created, the screen contains the list of properties, no sections and no case ID created). There is no errors in the tracer, nor in the Logfile. Can somebody advise what needs to be checked to address the issue?

Could you please check if all the rulesets that needs to be included in the product file are present. Compare the rule count with Dev for all the rulesets. Check if any instances that needs to be moved are missed.
