Can't open cloud nor download the Exercise System

I have just started the online course for Senior system architect but I have trouble accessing the exercise System for Senior system architect.
The exercise System for Decision consultant works. Do you know what the reason can be?

Sorry that you did not receive a timely response. I am tying up loose ends on Pega Collaborate and would like you to know we have an all-new Pega Academy website complete with a new theme and different layout. I would recommend registering for the Senior System Architect course and checking it out.
