It represents the lifecycle of a case ( Eg: Onboarding CaseType) Case - A instance of a case type. (Eg. O-1 case) The case goes through the lifecycle defined in that particular case type. A case type is where we can design our model. (For example, consider its a kind of the class in the java). A case is the one which is the instance of our case type.
