Hi i have a requirement of creating a case through email instantiation. I am able to create case through email thats fine. Now my requirement is i want to send some information through email for example firstname,lastname,DOB . The information which i have provided through email i want to fetch into pega case. Please suggest how to fetch the details from email into the case .
For this you need to customize pyCreateAndManageWorkFromEmail activity which creates work items from incoming email. You can access all properties of incoming mail from Primary.pyInboundEmail.pyFrom [and others too] page. See attached image for more detail.

Is it Possible to create multiple cases from a single email ? For instance The email text goes like 'I want make an account enquiry and update my address'. Can email routing create multiple cases for a single body text?
