Case Level SLA

I have created a case and set case level SLA on goal time I am triggering notifyAssignee action.

getting below error at run time..

Getting

When I traced SendEmailToAssigneeOnGoalTime activity is running on goal time getcontact activity not able to pick the assigned operator info..

Correspondence sends only if Param.To is available if it is not available then it exits the activity..

When I change the logic to continue even if 'param.to' is not available then going to fix correspondence flow as To email adress is null..

Using Pega 7.2.2 version...

Appreciate help on the issue:)
