Case management functionality under My Work in PDC
I have few questions regarding the new action item, when opens up in My Work in PDC:
When new action item is created, how long it will be there. What are the different state an action item goes in? When it is being closed (how many days) and if it is closed then after that where it gets stored. Is there any autoclose feature, if yes , when (after how many days) ?

As long as the root issue is happening, an item will remain open in PDC. If an issue stops after two weeks the item will resolve with status Resolved-NotSeen. Item will re-open if problem re-occurs. Resolved and Resolved Not Seen items purge after 3 (or 4 - will need to check) months. Items flagged for Ignored or Elevated KPI never purge.
