IN View Profile Send Message UjjwalShukla_GCS PEGA replied to Farookq_MB Hi There, To get the count, you can check the report definitions under assign-workbasket classes. pyInstanceList Report would help you to list all the assignment that belongs to any workbasket. You can customize the report to populate it for particular workbasket or populate even the count. Thanks, Ujjwal Posted: 3 years ago Posted: 20 Mar 2018 7:57 EDT × Close popover nikhil kumar (nikhilk7251) Cognizant Associate Cognizant IN View Profile Send Message nikhilk7251 Cognizant replied to Farookq_MB You can execute the below query directly in the DB if you have access to DB. "Select count(*) as Count,pxAssignedOperatorID from DBSchema.pc_assign_workbasket group by pxAssignedOperatorID" Replace DBSchema name with ur schema Or, You can create a summary report in Assign-Workbasket class . The summary will give a total count.
