Cases created are not displaying in Workbaskets and Broken Process queue
In our project, We have auto case creation agent which creates cases automatically. when we create a case manually, it is going to workbasket successfully. But, cases created by agent activity are not displaying in workbaskets also not in broken queue.
When we try to process the case, "Cannot open assignment with pzinskey ..." message displaying with Repair assignment button. After clicking the repair button, the case is displaying in workbasket and able to process as well.
What could be the reason for cases created by activity not going to WB and needs to repair?
