Category of Agent

Hello,

I am calling the Agent whenever a service REST fails (through the Queue-For-Agent method).

When defining the Agent, I have many options for the category but i have found no documentation explaining each one.

Can you please provide me with documentation in order to select the adequate Category; or please share with me what would be the best category for my case?
