I came across Channel Dashboard feature in Pega 7.3.1.Can anyone respond to my below queries on Pega 7.3.1 Channel Dashboard feature? As we are in the mode of implementing the same in our project. Below are my queries.
1. What is Channel Dashboard?
2.What is the primary use (value addition ) of it and how to implement in Pega Marketing FW?
3.How it differs from the dashboard in the Pega Marketing portal?

We have a requirement to implement a dashboard based on channel's Interaction History response( IH response in Pie chart/Graph) in Pega 7.31. Please let me know if we can customize the existing dashboard functionality in the Pega Marketing Portal as well as sourcing the dashboard from the IH tables to view the IH data in a Pie/Graph. If yes, kindly provide the steps for customizing the dashboard.
