Chat 8.1 after migration 8.3
After migrating from version 8.1 to 8.3, is it possible to continue using the chat functionality without necessarily having to use chatbot? For example, in version 8.1 we had developed reports on interactions that in 8.3 do not work since the type of interaction varies, which forces us to redo them. The question is: can the chat functionality in 8.3 be used the same as in version 8.1 without having to use the chat as a chatbot scaling to an agent? Does the same custom chat development in version 8.1 work in version 8.3?
