Elasticsearch (elastic.co) is an open source, distributed, real-time search and analytics engine, designed for use in distributed environments where reliability and scalability are essential. Elasticsearch is used in the Pega Platform 7.1.7+ as the underlying engine for its full-text search feature.
By default the Luke tool doesn't support the Elastic Search indexes reading, so i tried to search the usage of Luke with the Elastic Search index files and found this link.
Kindly go through it for more information about the usage of elastic search index files using luke tool.
Thanks these links were helpful. But which version of luke should I use ? Since the error says toooldformatexception and let me know what is the dependency jar that needs to be added ? I am using PEGA 7.1.8 index files
If you have any issues in following the steps specified in above link to make the Luke tool compatible for elastic search indexes, you can look into this link where you can download the file which is already prepared to open the elastic search indexes in luke.
Hope it will help you to successfully download and try to open the search index files.
