Chordiant Marketing Director tracking responses for Recurring Campaign
We like to set up the following recurring campaign in Chordiant Marketing Director:
Day 1: Create a customer base who has no contract as of Day 1, and blast out SMS 1.
Day 30: For those customer in Day 1 and did not response,we will blast out another SMS 2.
Day 60: For those customer in Day 1 and Day 30 and did not responses, we blast out SMS 3.
This campaign will rerun every 30 days, i.e. At Day 30, the segment will be refreshed to pull out customer who become no contract between Day 1 and Day 30. This second cycle will send out SMS 1, and so on, so forth. For the second Cycle, it will keep track of the customer base in cycle 2.
Can Chordiant Marketing Director supports such a completed campaign?
For your query, assuming that SMS1, SMS2, SMS3 all are same content that would be periodically(every 30 days) sent to non-responders, CMD does support this requirement. Below is our explanation for the same.
Response models can be built into campaigns to enable target audiences to receive follow-up treatments to suit their previous response. The response analysis process within a campaign can also identify non-responders so that they can either be by-passed or re-targeted in later stages of the campaign.
Please use the response criteria to create a response model for their requirement. This response model can be used in the Campaign under the particular treatment/segment to capture responses(through an inbound process created under TG/Batch). This will auto generate non-responders stream for the response model.
For your criteria, you could add a follow up treatment(which will blast new SMS) under non-responders for the campaign(under Campaign Builder ). You could set the response time based on your business requirement.
