Accepted Solution Posted: 3 years agoMahesh Midthuru PEGA replied to AndreG66HI Andre, You can try to use Purge/Archive functionality in the Pega from Designer Studio > System > Tools > Purge/Archive. But the work objects status should be resolved inorder to purge/archive the work objects. You can look into the below references, https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/delete-work-objects-bulk https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v722/procomhelpmain… Regards, Mahesh Posted: 3 years agoSantanu PEGA replied to AndreG66Hi You can try using Purge and Archive wizard instead . Read more on this here : https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v722/procomhelpmain… AND ARCHIVE Posted: 3 years agoothos PEGA replied to AndreG66You can use the wizard to purge the work items without archiving them. There is no easy way to ever recover the deleted work items, use this option with care. You cannot use the wizard to archive only. Archiving always occurs with purging, which removes the rows from the tables.
