Clear stuck mobile build in Pega 7.3

The server threw an error while building a custom mobile application (under Channels and Interfaces). The progress bar for the build process is stuck and there is no button to restart the build process. I was expecting to find a record in the pr_data_mobile_build table which I could clear in order to have an opportunity to start another build. This table seems to be empty.

Is there a different process for clearing a stuck mobile build in Pega 7.3?
