There are few application that we are about to close. Meaning that we want to clear rules and data information and free resources of our production environment (which has few more applications still running). Is there any recommendations or best practices how to perform that?
Also, we have a requirement to keep case data archived for quite long period of time (up to 10 years). And there comes another issue - since PEGA saves data in BLOB, we can not just save work database table somewhere, because we just won't be able to access data when needed. Does PEGA have some standard/recommended solution or routines for such situation?
If there are no best practices or "standard" ways, what might be the alternatives to achieve our goal?
