Co browse Error.
the Cobrowse is launched and opened the new browser window.
But is not displaying the contents of the Customer browser.
Invalid partner API key
How to further validate it.
Hello,
You need to use Public API key for “partner sessions” and not the Private API key. This is the reason why you are getting this error.
Where do you find the Public API key?
Login to the dashboard url for Co-Browse with your admin account
Once logged in > My Account > API
