Compatibility between pega platform 7.4 and pega marketing 7.3.1
Does Pega platform 7.4 is compatible with Pega marketing 7.3.1?

It is compatibile but you will need to install the required hotfixes. Please refer the below link to identify the right set of fixes for Pega Marketing 7.31 on Pega Platform 7.4
