The completed marketing campaigns are not accessible in Marketing portal.
Hi,
As shown in the attachment, I'm trying to check the run statistics for the successful campaigns but I'm not able to open them and it is showing the error that is visible in the attached screenshot.
Could some one please help me in letting know the reason for this and how can I check these details apart from PegaRULES.log?

Hi Durgarao Jeeri,
When you click on the row to look the details in ReterieveRunData Activity step 2 we are performing an Obj-Open where it is looking for instance Rule-Obj-Report-Definition RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION DATA-DECISION-STRATEGYEXECUTION-RESULTOUTPUT OFFERDISTRIBUTION. Please check from the tracer whether params i.e ReportName and ReportAppliesTo class is populated and passed properly.
