OOTB the KMHelpPortal points to a sample UPlusBank help site and community. The implementation and user guides do not provide any documentation on how to reconfigure the KMHelpPortal to be rebranded by a customer. Does anyone have the procedure documented? If not can Pega provide some supplemental documentation here?

Below site contains all information for Pega Knowledge framework.
The user guide includes the sections of "Creating and managing Knowledge help site", "Pega Communities" and etc.. The implementation guide has the sections of "Configuring Pega Knowledge Self-Service Help site", "Deploying a help site" and so on.
Do these provide you what you want? Besides this, I am not aware there is any other document for Pega KM.
