CONNECT-REST:A remote host did not respond within the timeout period. (Connection timed out)

We are facing one issue. When Connect Rest is called directly , it is working fine but when called from sla activity it is giving connection timeout error. In Development environment, it is giving alert  but in Testing environment it is giving error,  Does anyone know about this? Any Solution?

We tried updating this settings but after around 6 seconds it is giving the same error, 

Pega-Engine • prconfig/timeout/application/default
