IN View Profile Send Message AneeshaG PEGA replied to venkk Work pools are commonly used to store instances of similar or related work object concrete classes together in one relational database table. Work pools are referenced in access group instances. You can achieve this by creating a Report definition on your Work Class (Work Pool). Say Eg: ABC-FW-XYZ-Work. This class will have cases from Parent and child cases. If your specifically looking for a query see the DB table associated with Class in Class definition rule, that should help.
