CPBA Career Path
Hi,
I have been working for almost 2 years in pega as a BA. Recently did my CPBA certification in 7.2
How is the career path for me going ahead ?
Should I stick to Pega or look to some other platforms/technology ?
NOTE: Even though I am good in pega technical knowhows and troubleshooting.. I dont want to move my career into something really technical. As long as it is techno-functional I am good.
Very general question. The answer will vary widely based on what industry, location, willingness to relocate, technical background, education level, what your personal goals are, etc.....
You need a more detailed question if you want guidance. If you are only certified CPBA yet have 2 years experience and consider yourself good in technical knowhow and troubleshooting you should already be certified CSA. So go ahead and get certified CSA to start.
I would also recommend you get certified in disciplines that PEGA uses. Examples are Agile Scrum Master, Project Manager, Lean, etc....... Then you are able to progress professionally and the skills will improve your overall knowledge and make you a more valuable team member.
