This intent (Switch account)allows us to search for a new account similar to the one thats used to create the intent case. We are using the CPM Interaction Portal.I have seen some discussions around ithttps://community1.pega.com/community/product-support/question/cpm-heal…When we switch account, the intent goes in the background. Also indicate in the screenshot how you would prefer things to behave. You might be able to do what you want, but perhaps not in the way you think it should be done.
