CPM And Customer Process Manager for Communications
Hi Team ,
I would like to understand the latest versions of CPM and CPMC available in Pega , as I believe currently
Customer Process Manager for Communications v713 and Customer Process Manager (CPM) 7.1.3 are available.
Could Please one of you can confirm is my understanding is correct ?
Customer Process Manager for Communications v713 and Customer Process Manager (CPM) 7.1.3 are compatible with Pega 8.3 if above mentioned versions are latest.

Thanks for clarification CPM and CRM , Currently we are using CPM and CPMC framework in pega 7.1.8 and we are planing to upgrade pega environment to 8.3 . I am familiar with pega upgrades but i need some clarification on CPM713 and CPMC713 upgrading to CRM and CRMC to 8.3. Could you please help with some points?
