CPM Post upgradation
Recently my client ABC have upgraded there CPM application from 6.x version to CPM 7.1.5. Now I'm going to review all the post upgradation issues and the changes I need to implement from them. Can anyone suggest me what are the areas (like CPM flows, Service Cases, Data Pages etc..) I have to look into as a post upgradation check. Are there any specific rules that I need to check as part of my CPM review ?
Any real time documents or links would be highly appreciated!!!

Hi Mir, Kevin is correct. There is no CPM 7.1.5. Can you get a screen shot of the Version screen ? Go to the Designer Studio dropdown menu, Customer Service > Tools > Customer Service Version. Please capture a screen shot of that landing page.
