There are known issues for certain platforms in PRPC 6.2 SP2 that cause Pega to be unable to provide CPU usage statistics to AES. If this is the case, during startup you might see a message like: "Unable to obtain process cpu timings via Java 5 Management beans: not supported by this JVM". Posted: 3 years agoAnandh Palanisamy Ford Motor Company replied to SylSchinco_GCSHi Syl, Its Linux operating system and Wepshere 8.0 application server. Regards, Anandh Posted: 3 years agoSylSchinco_GCS PEGA replied to Anandh PalanisamyOkay. I believe you need HFix-9387 - PRPC running on Linux does not provide CPU usage for monitoring. You can enter a SR as an "Existing Hotfix Request" for Pega PRPC 6.2 SP2, and this hotfix ID number. Posted: 3 years agoAnandh Palanisamy Ford Motor Company replied to SylSchinco_GCSThanks Syl. Let me open a SR and get those HFix, is any article or reference available for this issue?
