You may have encountered a caching issue as well and the following steps can help remedy this.
Log out of current Academy sessions
Very important, you must close all active browser tabs/windows
Completely clear browser cache and cookies
Restart browser and retry
If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again (this only works if you don’t have the same error in the other browsers). Performing the last step in either Incognito or in a totally different browser should produce the right result.
