Create PDF smart shape is not populating values in the pdf
I am using the smart shape Create PDf to create a pdf . The pdf is getting generated but sometimes the values are getting populated and sometimes not . I verified that the values are available in the clipboard every time but still the pdf is not displaying the values most of the time. I am using pega version 7.3.1 . Can somebody suggest any fix for it.

Is there a consistency to what is not populated, i.e., integer, text, etc. ? Is it the same eform each time? Is the error created from the same lifecycle and/or utility?
I created this document for our new team members and has consistently worked. It appears you are familiar with the steps but you may find additional information you can use.
Not populating means have you checked te source weather it has values or not ?

Can you validate HTMLTOPDF Activity Markup from the tracer, when the incident occurs again?
There might be two things happening.
1. content may appear in PDF with the invisbile mode, you can select the content in PDF with the cursor you will see text been selected. this is because CSS styles are missing (Mostly this might be the issue you are facing according to the description you have provided).
2. The stream which is passing to HTMLTOPDF might be empty.

Can you provide an example of the 'good' and 'bad' PDF in each case ?
